77fv Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

Clause 1.1

Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on 77fv and to use any part of the platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 77fv reserves the right to request proof of age from any user at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested may result in account suspension pending verification, or permanent closure if the user is confirmed to be under the minimum age.

Clause 1.2

Geographic Access

77fv is operated and made available as an online platform accessible to players in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 77fv is lawful in your jurisdiction. 77fv makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any location outside of its intended market. Players who access the platform from outside Bangladesh do so entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Clause 1.3

KYC Verification

77fv reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on any account at any time. KYC may include requesting a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so may have withdrawal access suspended until verification is complete. 77fv does not store sensitive KYC documents beyond the period necessary for verification purposes.

Clause 2.1

Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your 77fv account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

Clause 2.2

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 77fv will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify 77fv support immediately at the email address shown in the footer of this website.

Clause 2.3

Account Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 77fv account at any time by contacting support at the email address in the footer. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 77fv will process any eligible remaining balance in your account according to standard withdrawal procedures before closing the account. Clause 3.1

Deposit Methods & Minimums

77fv accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made via mobile wallets such as bKash and Nagad are credited to your account in real time upon confirmation. Bank transfers may take longer to appear depending on the processing time of your bank. 77fv does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Clause 3.2

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account or wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. To be eligible for a withdrawal, your account must have completed any applicable KYC verification and your deposit must not be subject to any active bonus wagering requirement. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. 77fv aims to process eligible withdrawal requests within a few hours of approval; however, processing times may vary depending on payment method and network conditions.

Clause 3.3

Suspicious Transactions

77fv monitors all account transactions for suspicious activity including but not limited to money laundering, structuring of deposits to avoid verification thresholds, and the use of payment methods not registered in the account holder's name. Where suspicious activity is identified, 77fv reserves the right to freeze the account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the activity to relevant authorities. Players found to have engaged in financial misconduct will have their accounts permanently closed and funds forfeited.

Clause 4.1

Bonus Eligibility & Wagering Requirements

Bonuses offered by 77fv are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period for each bonus are set out in the individual bonus offer terms. As a general rule, wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified for that bonus; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

Clause 4.2

One Bonus Per Promotion

Each promotional offer is available to one account per player, per household, per device and per IP address. 77fv reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility to accounts that have not previously received the same or a substantially similar offer. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash at face value without completing wagering requirements, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated in the bonus offer terms.

Clause 4.3

Bonus Abuse & Fraud

77fv actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements (so-called low-risk wagering), colluding with other players to accumulate bonus advantages, and any other conduct that 77fv determines, at its sole discretion, constitutes exploitation of the bonus system. Where bonus abuse is identified, 77fv reserves the right to void the bonus, recover any associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

Clause 5.1

Fraudulent Activity

You must not use the 77fv platform to engage in any fraudulent activity, including using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials; making chargebacks on deposits; impersonating another person; providing false identity documents during KYC; or engaging in any form of identity fraud.

Clause 5.2

Collusion & Match Fixing

Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, and any involvement in or knowledge of match fixing in any sporting event on which you have placed a bet, are both strictly prohibited. 77fv co-operates fully with sports integrity organisations and law enforcement where match fixing or collusion is suspected.

Clause 5.3

Automated Systems & Software Exploitation

The use of bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools designed to gain an unfair advantage, screen-scraping software, or any other automated system to interact with the 77fv platform is strictly prohibited. Similarly, deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in the platform — including but not limited to game engine errors that produce incorrect payouts — is prohibited. Any funds won through such exploitation will be voided and the account closed.

Clause 6.1

Player Protection Tools

77fv is committed to responsible gaming. All registered players have access to deposit limit controls, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. Deposit limits may be set on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and take effect immediately when reduced. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day and result in the account being locked for the self-exclusion period chosen by the player. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not receive any promotional communications from 77fv. Clause 6.2

Under-Age Gaming Prevention

77fv takes the prevention of underage gambling extremely seriously. If you are aware of a minor who has accessed or attempted to access the 77fv platform, you must notify us immediately at the contact email in the footer of this website. 77fv will investigate and close any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software on devices accessible to minors in their household to prevent access to online gambling services.

Clause 7.1

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77fv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, interruptions in service, errors in game software, or actions taken by 77fv in enforcing these Terms. 77fv does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses caused by temporary outages or maintenance windows. In all cases, 77fv's maximum aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

Clause 7.2

Amendments to These Terms

77fv reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Where changes are material, 77fv will endeavour to notify registered players via email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version of the Terms currently published on this page is the version in force.

For any queries regarding these Terms, or to raise a dispute, please contact 77fv support using the email address displayed in the footer of this website. Disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 77fv will acknowledge receipt of dispute submissions within 5 BST business days and endeavour to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The English-language version of these Terms is the definitive version in the event of any conflict or ambiguity with any translated version.
